OrganizationPriceless is an initiative of Love Alaska, a 501(c)3 organization.
|
Love Alaska exists to engage, equip, and mobilize the faith community to serve those whom society has marginalized. In addition to providing Engage training and the Priceless program, Love Alaska has an initiative called Chosen, which serves as preventative effort in the fight against sex trafficking. Chosen provides mentorship to at-risk youth in Alaska, a population that is highly vulnerable to traffickers.
SurvivorsPriceless works with survivors who are currently being trafficked, or have been trafficked within the past five years.

Entry into the Priceless program is almost always through referral. We work closely with the FBI, State Troopers, Anchorage Police Department and Probation Officers, Juvenile detention centers, the prison system, and various shelters. Sometimes women are referred into the program by one of our Priceless survivors as well. Upon referral, Priceless does a basic assessment and then connects the survivor with a mentor team. This mentor team helps the survivor navigate all of the resources that may be available to her.
MentorshipWe believe in the power of healing through the gifts of relationship and community.

The core of Priceless is RELATIONSHIP. We firmly believe that what makes Priceless so impactful is the fact that everything is based on building trusting friendships between mentors and survivors first. After initial assessment, survivors are paired with a mentor team of two trained women. This mentor team helps the survivor navigate all of the existing community and state resources that may be available to her, as well as provides the joy and love that come through friendship. It is this powerful relational connection that sets Priceless apart from other service providers. In the safety of a new friendship, trust is born and healing can begin with the best chance of being sustained over the long haul.
Resource Connection
Survivors and their families are in need of every resource necessary for a fresh start and a new future. Our program helps these women connect to resources throughout our state. Resources ranging from emergency and long-term housing, counseling, medical and legal services, job training, education completion, relocation services, mobile food pantry connections, etc. Each survivor is partnered with a mentor team who, under the leadership of a Priceless client care case manager, will help them navigate their way into new life.
Additional Services
Priceless has grown to include the following services:
- Cyber Team – Provides assistance to law enforcement with low-level internet searching to identity possible connections to trafficking.
- Education Team - Provides Anti-Trafficking Training for Healthcare Professionals and Internet Safety Training for parents, teachers, and teens
